K
so here's the cheesy one that I've been enjoying the shit out of. It's a
sweet song for a sweet girl. Just so you know the next song I send is
going to be pensive and gritty...has to be after this one. Fuck. ;)
You crashed into me baby. Hope you have a good day.
I'm on a bit of a CSNY kick after being cracked out on "Might As Well Have A Good Time" so i'm sending this one. I know you're not a "country girl" but you should play this for your Mom. She'll love it. Plus it might help endear myself to her.
Country girl or not, I think you're pretty...
> Of course you're wonderful for sending these. Mom's quite endeared to you, and I'm more smitten each day. What was it my song said, "I've waited all my life for you?"
I hope you're having a good Saturday, and not feeling too rough after last night! I am a whole new woman - sleep, parade, yard work...now I'm having a beer with my mama. Wish you were here, but your music comforts

>> I'm hungover as shit. I was fucking housed last night. Chained to the couch today watching concert DVD's. One of which has been Fleetwood Mac. "Sweet Girl" is an amazingly pretty song and I'm glad you enjoyed it. Great lyrics. I'm jealous that your Mom is going to see them. Hopefully they'll play that tune. Link to it below. Stevie Nicks is smoking hot. I was completely in love with her when I was 16.
So glad to hear you feel like a new woman. You needed that big time. Say hi to Barb for me. Can't wait to see her again.
I hope all is well with you. It's random that I
haven't seen you in 20 years and then have a second occasion in a year
to connect. I'll be in Sacramento for work the first full week of August. I really can't
come to California without saying 'hi' to the ocean, so am planning to
rent a car and take a few extra days at the coast. Santa Cruz has ocean,
right?
Anyway, if you're available, willing
to show me around and lend me a couch to sleep on, I would be most
appreciative. If not, I would welcome a recommendation for stuff to do
and a place to stay. I'm planning to make travel arrangements next week,
so if we're going to connect, please let me know what days would be
most convenient for you.
Thank you, and I'm looking forward to seeing you! I hope it works out.
Please find below
the flight information for my Dad's return flight. It shows a cost of
only $2.50 because I used airline miles when I booked it. Maybe you can
help him check-in online and print his boarding pass on that Friday
before he flies out on Saturday. Thanks so much to you, Laurel, and your
Mother for being there for him and helping with all the logistics.
Much love,
Jason
Sent from my rotary phone.
Hi - will do. I'll get him in group A ;)
I
can't imagine how difficult this is now, and has been for you all.
We're glad we can be here to help with these things. (I figure you'll
just owe me a tour if I ever find myself if Santa Cruz.) Please let me
know if you need anything, and take care of yourself.
Your signature cracked me up - ever the smart ass...
I struggled a little with the "happy song" request as I tend to like my music a little bit gritty but I think I nailed it with this one. It's on the slower side but a great tune nonetheless. Enjoy.
> Lovely, thank you! I walked through the airport smiling and thinking of you as I listened.
Will listen again to fall asleep - a poor substitute for your arms, but a way to feel you a bit.
Another
song for your enjoyment. This is a great track that is actually on
"Crappy Chick Rock" but has taken on a new meaning for me these past few
days. I hope you are dealing with your baby girl's hot mess OK. Go
Broncos.
